unity 4.6 input, missing touches
Hi! I know this question has discussed many times, but I feel in this case there have to be a workaround. I made a 2D android game where I need fast and precise touch-handling. Most of the time even on lower performance phones there are no problem but on some devices (Samsung Galaxy S, DPS tablets) sometimes for 1-3 seconds, absolutly no touches registered. The game runs pretty smooth on any devices. I know on android the code have to be very well optimized. Sometimes there are lots of calculations, there can be 1-5 verlet algorithm based objects for rope and water-like surfaces but no matter how many objects of these are in the scene the performance is nearly the same and the issue can be there. Already not using raycast but inside rect checking, I tried to collect the input.touches for example 0.1 sec then process them in a single cycle but the result is the same. Checked on the dps tablet, enabling touch display shows the touches but unity not registering it. Anyone knows a workaround for precise touch handling?
