How to stop UI/Canvas from rotating along with the camera?

I'm trying to get only the icons of the UI buttons to rotate (similar to how most phones' camera UI rotates the icons only). The problem is, I can't figure out how to stop rotating the canvas when the camera rotates, so that I can manually rotate the button icons/change them to fit the new orientation.
