Unity's Editor UI Frozen/ Not updating, Video included
Its hard for me to explain this one however ill give it a shot. Currently on 2019.1.9.f1 and its been behaving for the last week however yesterday and today its gone a little crazy. As you should be able to see in the video below, the Editor's UI seems to still be intractable however seems to also be frozen. such as when i move my cursor over the scenes window edge, i am able to grab it and move it, but the actual UI does not graphically update. yesterday i thought it was just Unity frozen until today i realise in the back it seems to all be functional just not on the graphical side.
