Asset named Modular Build

I have a question to an asset in the Asset Store. https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/45147 Does anybody knows if you have to collect wood like in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRVKUsh7-u8 or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZjOhhfWc6c because I don't know I should buy it. The only reason why I want it is because you don't just built houses out of nowhere. Please answer soon if you can help me.

P.S. If you already have it can you make a video or something please?
