Capsule Collider switched axises
Under the Capsule Collider property, in Direction, if I select Y-axis, the height is by the Z-axis, and vice versa.

I guess your object or a parent object is rotated.
Thanks. Quite new to Unity and didn't notice the parent GameObject was rotated.
