What is the difference of export to Android using the Unity Personal Edition and using Unity Pro Android? When I buy the Unity Pro can no longer export to Android and [and need to purchase the Pro Android?Or you can still export and monetize but with Android Pro gives me extra features?
The Android Pro add-on only provides any benefit if you also have Unity Pro. That's why it's called an add-on.
So:
If you earn >$100,000 or want to make use of Pro features in an Android build (i.e. Disable the splash screen) then you need both Unity Pro + Android Pro.
If not, you can use Unity Personal.
But with Unity Pro can continue exporting to Android usually as the Personal Edition right? The Android Pro is just to disable the splash screen and other extra features?
