Unity 2019 problem web gl video player

Hi guys I have a problem with unity 2019 and the video-player on web-gl.
It doesn't make me see when I do the build the videos, instead work fine on the editor. The video is inside project folder, and before 2019 i never had problems.

I added a video player component and dragged and dropped the file

Any suggestion?
