Disabling Windows Defender's Real-time Virus & threat protection made the process go swiftly.

I waited it out and it finally kicked in. Like 10 minutes.

I found a solution that worked for me. Open Task Manager and find task Windows Modules Installer at Services tab, you will see that it is stopped, just right click and start it. Problem's solved. Hope that help

There is a problem in the install file of the Unity 5.5 documentation. I have downloaded it alone and I can't install it. The error message is : "No unity Editor installations could be found. Looking for registry key ..."

im having the same problem but ive been waiting 30 min and it is still stuck
I have resolved the problem ! without downloading any new update or patch, simply use the Install.bat (that comes with unity installed from torrent file) this is an automated setup process and it will install the documentation without any problem
