Can you still use the old legacy lightmapped shaders?
Can I still use these shaders to import lightmapped models from LightUp (The sketchup lightmapping tool) and still use bump maps and specular etc?

Yes, they are in the bottom of the shader drop-down as "Legacy" or you could write your own with a some very simple changes to a surface shader.
