Why is it required by Unity to have the default Unity3D activities launching in singleTask mode?
I need to have the com.unity3d.player.UnityPlayerActivity
being launched in standard
mode, not in the singleTask
one. If I change this value within standard AndroidManifest.xml
file, my value gets overridden by the Unity's default, which is singleTask
. No matter what I do, Unity knows better, how this value should be set.
My question is: is anyone able to explain, why is it needed? It would be nice, if Unity could give a possibility to set this value in a normal way than exporting the project to Eclipse or changing it afterwards using the APKtool
.
