Unity API Reference in Visual Studio

Hi everyone. I'm trying to use the Unity API Reference in Visual Studio 2015. The issue is that once I use it once I cannot use it again.

I use the CTL-ALT-M, CTL-H shortcut and it works the first time, but when I try to use it again it says that the command is not available. If I close and reopen visual studio, the command works again.

Any thoughts on how to fix?
