Error when trying to download asset

I'm trying to download an asset that I purchased but only get the following error when I try to download it. I do have the Unity plugin installed and updated and got an error when trying to download through IE as well. This is the error I keep getting.

Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (com.unity3d.kharma) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

Does anyone know what is wrong?
