Eye of the Beholder style wall collision
Hi Everyone,
I'm working on an eye of the beholder style game in my spare time, and have done the reading up on getting the grid based movement working and have that finaly complete.
The next task was to be able to collide with the walls in my dungeon, but I'm wondering about a couple of things:
Firstly, my cameramove scipt contains all of my grid based movement, should I have done a conversion on the 1st person controller instead of this in order to make the collision an easier task ?
Or should it be fine to parent the camera to a large box primitive collider and add the collision code to the cameramove script ?
The goal is to have no movement whatsoever if im facing a wall, but am unsure of not only which way to go from here, but also what code to use.
Thanks in advance for all of you help!
