Texture not displaying correctly
Hello, I have a problem with applying textures to objects in Unity. In GIMP, I created a texture (a letter) that includes text. I exported the image as a .png file and imported it into unity. When I tried to apply it to a model I made in Blender, the background color shows up, but the text disappears. Here are the screenshots of what it looks like and what it's supposed to look like (the image file)
Would be happy if someone helped. Thank you!
make quad
make material
attach that material at that quad
set your texture at the material as the diffuse texture
if this doesn't help then select the quad and send me screenshot of it's inspector (unfolded)

Try applying the texture in blender and manually positioning it. The texture does not have the correct UV's, so Unity does not know how to position it.

I think you should change the Graphic Emulation option in Edit . Change it to Shader Model 2
