How to highlight corners of the same color?
So the problem I'm currently having could best be described with a demonstration.
The issue I want some advice with is; how can I make the corners of my building stand out from a same colored wall behind it. In the gif above the doorway frame is near indistinguishable from walls behind it and it almost looks like a continuation of the wall, this makes navigating my buildings very difficult.
Could I solve this with a different form of lighting? Or should I look into different materials for my walls?
I think that's a question you need to answer yourself. you could use door frames, different lights in different rooms, different wall colors... you name it.
Beveling the edges would help catch some light to make the outline of the door stand out a bit.
