Are you missing an assembly reference? Android build
Hi,
I am working a simple game that uses a native library written in C++ and a C# wrapper for this library. When I compile my project for Windows/Mac, I do not get any error and the game works as expected. However, when I compile the project for Android I keep getting the error: The type or namespace name 'XXXX' does not exist in the namespace 'AAAA'. Are you missing an assembly reference? (where "XXXX" is a nested namespace inside the namespace "AAAA") I compiled my C++ library (Android version) and copied the lib files to the Assets/Plugins/Android folder in my Unity project.
My library code looks something like:
namespace AAAA.XXXX
{
class { ... }
}
From what I understand, Unity is able to find the namespace "AAAA". However, it does not find the namespace "XXXX".
Any idea why I am getting this error?
Thanks, Nicolas
