how can i install unity web player?

i've downloaded the plugin of unity webplayer... and i've run the .exe it said "successfully installed" i've restart my opera browser... but on the unity webplayer page it says "not installed" i've restart my computer but the same...

i need this plugin on my browser but i not understand why it is not installed i i've installed it... please help me
