Window disappear and unable to bring it back

Hello!

I have that issue since i use unity5, some detached windows suddenly disappear when click on it, and its impossible to find them back.

Edit: I found that it was happening when switching window to another screen, the window could mismatch position and go in top down corner, we can not see it anymore. A good workaround is to bring back window by name from a script.

For the standard window no problem i just have to do layout / Revert factory settings

but for my editorwindow its a bit embarassing, the revert factory settings dont work, all i was able to do is to reinstall unity.

Do you know how i can prevent/ fix that?
