Unity not registering?

I have a vista computer (will post spec if you need, but I meet the requirements for unity) and unity will not register. I open the exe, it says it needs to register, i click register and it pops up the registering dialog and freezes indefinitly.

Try new browser. Try the manual/offline registering?
