endless 2D background in Javascript

Hi I've searched about repeating 2D background in JavaScript but all what I've found is C# and I'm not good at it :\ , any one can help me please? , the background should repeating in the Y axis , I've tried to instantiate the background but i failed, I'll be grateful for help :)
