I want the audio to play when the player nears the object, but fade away when they walk away.
My question is the one above. I want to make it so when the player walks up to the object, the attached audio will play in a loop, but once they start walking away, the audio trails off. I've tried added audio to the game object, and even tried to use 3D audio, but once I try to play it, I can hear the audio halfway across the scene, where I shouldn't be able to.
