Switching the room on button press.
Greetings.
So I've continued working on a game of mine and got something to ask.
I have 2 versions of a room that the game takes place in. One is a normal, static version while the other one is a distorted animated version, with moving parts and stuff.
How do I make it so on a button press (for example "y"), the room will switch to the other version and vice versa?
Thanks for the help.

Since you cannot alter static objects, I suggest you keep both rooms in the same scene and teleport over to the other one. should be a simple vector addition or subtraction on every transform that needs to be switched over.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to do - however I'm quite new to coding & stuff and I don't really get everything yet :v
