Unity UI Problems,Elements Ui have some problems

alt text Hello . I do not know why some Unity windows open for me like this recently. Please help me in this case. Is this problem related to my graphic card? My graphic card is Intel UHD 630 . I installed Drivers Completly and reinstall Unity .
