[RESOLVED] Error? Black Screen! I can not move anything or click on anything! pls Help!

Edit: [resolved!] I opened the Unity as administrator

Guys, I need help ! Every time I create a project or open a project, it is on this screen: alt text but I can not move, create, change, I can not do anything ! After a few minutes he gets a black screen: Please Help! Thanks! (Sorry for my English, I am Brazilian)
