Question on Textbox Margin and Size limitations,Scaling margin on text box

I was wondering if it'd be possible to set up through inspector, a text's box margin or the margin on the panel holding it to change in scale based on how the text's box size changes to fit into the text box?

Is it also possible to set a maximum size a textbox can expand to until it goes into a new line?
