What to do before development?
I'm thinking about creating an RPG game, although I would like to get an idea on how to go about this.
I'm would personally like to know:
- What must be done in the design stage? (A bit of detail on how to do this)
- How to design a "good" story (also a non-linear story)?
- Designing characters? How are characters designed?
- How detailed do model sketches have to be?

Sorry this isnt a Unity specific question. Also we dont deal with these stages of design. We handle editor and scripting questions.
