Unity Toggle Disabled Color Not Applying to Off State

Hi There,

We are using a UI Toggle and applying a color to the image when the option is disabled/not available to be used.

This works great in the On State, but in the Off State, it does not apply the color when the toggle is disabled.

Anybody know why this happens?
