Network Manager Player Wont Join

I Have builded the project and came out with when a player creates a server they can join but when you join you can't it seems to be an error like it does go into the game but still has the menu up and does not join with the other player

I think it is something wrong with the instantiate as I have the normal instantiate not the network.instantiate please help if you have something else and that's not it
