How to scroll with fixed amount of scrolling in Scroll Rect?

I have made level selection panel where there are three worlds and each world are made of 20 levels (20 buttons) The thing I want is I want the panel to scroll from one world to another at exact location because I don't want the player to scroll in between since there are some space. How can I do this in Unity??
