Unity Emailing me in Spanish

In my email settings I have my preferred language set as English. However Unity has started emailing me in Spanish, I suspect it's because I live in the Caribbean (even though most of the Caribbean does not speak Spanish as a first language).

Is there anyway to fix this, or to contact Unity regarding mailing list issues?
