How to get Google cloud message after offline?

Hi all!

I try to create push-notification on android with google cloude messaging by google's documentation (https://developers.google.com/cloud-messaging/android/start) and I can't to handle notification after connection to internet after being ofline (when I am online - everything is Ok).

How to get Google cloud message after offline?
