how to use swipe and click both on same UI in unity

As when I drag/swipe over my UI image ,it slides away and the next is appeared like level selection scene in some games, what I am doing through EventTrigger is , when a user tap on the image the Selected level should run... but That stops my swipe/slide functionality as when i tap on it to swipe it takes it as a PointerDown Event. How I can add both functionalities , swipe and click at the same time on the same UI, any Solutions??? Please tell...
