about unity5 's lightmap,Baking in 3dsmax

alt text HI,I'd like to baking lightmap in 3dsmax ,but when i put it into unity5 ,it lost the highlights. i use the lightmapped shader and the lightmap file is exr. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
