Transparent map hierarchy

![alt text][1]In the process of using the software, there will be a transparent map hierarchy problems, such as gauze shade and Windows, both transparent, camera pull far will appear the window and curtain can't distinguish hierarchy problem! Is there any good way to solve? Thank you very much! I am using the unity 5.1.0 f3 version.
