Windows Store Player Deployment failing with DEP:4010

My Windows Store builds were deploying without any problems using these settings; Universal 10 XAML Local Machine

I then successfully deployed a build with these settings; Universal 8.1 XAML Windows Phone

Now I have switched back to the first build configuration and the player deployment is failing with the following error:

Exception: Failed to build Visual Studio project using arguments 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\Tools..\IDE\devenv.com "C:\\Users\\bobsmith\\Documents\\DownTheHole\\Builds\\WindowsStore10\DownTheHole.sln" /deploy "Master|x86"'.
