I cannot post in forums?

i keep receiving "you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

when i try to start a thread or reply. I have activated the account.

it's possible that it's simply because you're brand-new and have only 1 or 2 of the "points". it is very likely the problem will be resolved when you have a few points. Also note that all posts are moderated anyway (to avoid spam, crap-heads who swear, etc etc) so there's a delay anyway.

Thank you.I'll try again.But there still has a problem that I cannot download the attachment . It also shows "you do not have permission to access this page".Is it the same reason?
