Advertising ID, How important is it? How to implement it?
Hello,
I'm almost done with my first game. The ad system is working correctly, but I just read on google (google play developers console) that you need to add the Avertising ID on your code or else it is a violation of their terms cause they need to identify your device. I've read their documentation but I don't understand half of it, I'm pretty new at this. It's through a series of classes, downloading their SDK, and doing something on the project manifest which I dont even know what it is.
Do I need to do it/is it obligatory? Or does Unity does it itself? Have you had any problems in case you didnt do it?
Has anyone else done it before? Which are the steps to do so? I use Javascript so I probably wont understand anything in C#. Thanks so much.
