Sound remains
We have a very peculiar problem. Sometimes, when our game ends and we kill off the players vehicle, a strange sound starts infinitely looping. Our programmer has tried to delete every single thing with an audio source in the whole scene. In fact, he deleted everything except the last camera with a listener, and still it continues. Strangely, the one thing that does seem to make the sound go away is to move the camera away from its last position.
This is hair rippingly frustrating, because there is logically nothing that could make any noise.
We are using a Pro license for Unity 3.5.7
Given you said this occurs only at game end, what's wrong with the workaround of moving the camera?
Well, it's most common at the end of the game and that's when we've been able to specify the error to the greatest extent. The error seems to happen regardless of where the camera is.
