twisted models
hi, im using blender to make models för my game, but when i import them with an armature the mesh becomes twisted and morped. om using the same ammount of bones as there is in a real hand, 19+1 for the arm, the arm bone is the parent.

It looks like there are a few vertices not assigned to bones. I would check your bone weights for unassigned vertices.
but it works fine to pose in blender, could this really be the reason? in the picture from unity i have not moved the bones what so ever
We need more info on your model. Are you exporting as FBX? OBJ?
Are the export settings correct? $$anonymous$$ake sure the exporter is up to date.
Try importing without any bones and see if you get the same result.
