Import obj and mtl file with more textures than one?

Import obj, and mtl file. I have : .obj; .mtl; .tex1.gif; tex2.gif; .tex3.gif; tex4.gif I want to import all the textures, but if I add one to a material, my player's head is a cloth.

I tried to convert it to an fbx file, but it sends me an error message.

What can i do?
