Why video does't have sound on runtime?
I've tried to import many different types of video formats in unity3d 2.6 such as .move .mp4 my problem is that when i play the video through the material is plays the sound along with the video, whereas on run time it only gets to play the video?? I'm guessing that embedded audio format might need to be changed. any suggestion what exactly is the best format for both audio and video? thanks a great deal.

You need to write a script see whether the video is playing using (isPlaying) and if true, get the audio on the GameObject to Play. The movie texture's sound has to be played separately.

Total noob here but how do you get a hold of the audio? I've just got an avi file I want to play and it plays without sound. Any assistance would be appreciated :(
