How do I to implement OAuth 2.0 and Google Fit Api?

I'm making a mobile app that needs to get Steps from Google Fit Api. I have it verified on Google Console and the SHA-1 fingerprint.

How do I create an OAuth 2.0 and access the Google Fit REST api?
