CommandInvokationFailure: Failed to re-package resources. Tried various remedies Please help...

Question

I'm working on an app that has google admob banners and after looking up the various remedies that people have for this issue. None of them have worked for me thus far.

Actions taken: -copied google-play-services_lib into Assets>Plugins>Android

-opened the andriodmanifest.xml and deleted the inApp purchases theme line as suggested by this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5T98X3EawA

-tried moving the Jar files out of the lib folder and directly into the Android folder. Still build failure.

-updated Android SDK Tools

does anyone have any suggestions that might be different? Maybe I'm missing something. The error message verbatim is below:
