HDRP - Render and Post Processing settings not being saved?

Hi, I've just started using Unity and HDRP.
I have a problem that when I re-open my project all the render settings and post processing are gone!

I add HDRi skybox, Add depth of field and some other items and all gone every time I close and re-open. I've tried Save scene, normal save and save project and nothing is working.

I'm using the latest HDRP template and Unity 2019.2.0f1 Any advice much appreciated, thank you
