Is it possible to Get Access To Audio, Photo, Time and Date files? Unity Android Thing?

I know that everything is possible in programming but when it comes to getting access to the files on android devices, is that possible? I will not be sharing my idea because it is pretty good in my opinion. But to make this idea successful I need to know how to get access to files especially Date and Time and Audio. So I would have a slot that when you touch it, it will allow you to choose audio from the files in the phone. If there is a link that is about this on the wiki I would appriciate to get that link :)
