How to use AutoTileSet for Unity?

I bought AutoTileGen and AutoTileSet, which I bought from steam, to increase the speed of my indie game development. However there is a problem, I am unable to use AutoTileSet from Steam for Unity.

My situation would be easier if I'm able to find the manual from the official website.
