Unity Multiplayer Can't Connect LAN On Separate CPU's
I can't connect to another instance of the game using LAN client to an already started LAN host. I can run separate instances on one computer and connect to each other that way but not if i'm using different computers on the same network. I don't get any errors or anything, it's just that when i click on the lanclient GUI (NetworkManagerGUI) nothing happens.
I can also host a lan game on both machines at the same time which makes me think my network seems to think that their isn't even a game to connect to. I've even used unitys sample networking projects and they give me the same results. I have no idea whats wrong.
I'm having the same problem. Surely you dont require a UNET ID and matchmaking services etc for LAN games?
