Is the Android Adertisement ID collection a setting in Unity?

Question

I never chose to collect the ID in the code that I typed (zero ads), was this something that Unity chose to collect b/c of its player settings, was it the Android Studio SDK, or is this an error by the team that found the violation?

Uninstall any package related
