Xbox Controller Input issues

Is this wrong? I want to use the right trigger to shoot and or the mouse if not using a controller but when i play the only button that will shoot is A! Im following Sab. Lague's tut for shooter game and adding as I go thats why im having issues with the RT input.. I just need to understand how to fix this issue...
