Failed to start UnityPackageManager Node.js Problem
When i start unity, i get an error message: Failed to start the Unity Package Manager local server process.
And after some research, i found the problem stems from this:
Is there any way to fix this problem without updating operating system? I'm using Windows 7.

you could try older Unity versions like 5.4.3 and may need older NodeJS as well. Check the archive sections of their download pages.
